Are you experiencing an issue with your iMac, MacBook, Mac Mini or Mac Pro?
You can bring your Mac in for a full diagnostic, health check and malware check. If your issue is hardware related or if data back up is needed, we will quote you for any extras needed to bring your Mac back up to speed. With your permission we will ensure that your machine is in its best possible condition leaving the store with you.
If you are looking to get data transferred from your existing machine we can do this for you. Even if the data is on a non-Apple device, we can transfer the data to your Mac. We also offer free data transfer from any Apple or non-Apple device when you purchase a new iMac or MacBook with us.
If you do not already have an external hard drive, we advise that you purchase one and we can set-up Apple’s Time Machine back-up, at no extra cost. Time Machine will back up all your data each time you connect your external hard drive to your Mac, without duplicating any of your files.
If you are experiencing a software issue with your device, this is often rectified by restoring your iPad or iPod back to its factory settings. If possible, your data will need to be backed up before restoring. If it is a hardware issue, you may be eligible for a replacement unit.
As an added bonus, we will provide cleaning of iOS ports and if needed, assistance reseting the password.
If you are upgrading to a new Apple iOS device, we can transfer all of your data from your current device. You can bring in your Apple or non-Apple device for a full data transfer. We will set up your new iOS device with your Apple ID, email, App store purchases and we will sync your calendar and contacts.

We offer a data recovery service to a software level. We can carry out data recovery on all types of Mac formatted hard drives, internal and external.
Please note: Although we will do our upmost to recover your data, we can not guarantee successful recovery of data and all work carried out will be chargeable.
When possible, we offer phone and/or remote support for your Mac device. If the technician is unable to talk you through the necessary steps, our technicians can login in remotely to resolve certain issues. You will be able to see exactly what the technician is doing, while they are doing it. This option will be offered to you if the technician feels it may be possible to resolve this issue remotely. This service is completely secure using Teamviewer
We are the only Authorised Epson Reseller and Epson Express Centre in the west of Ireland. We can process repairs and replacements on all Epson products which are in warranty, on your behalf. We also service a wide variety of Epson products.
We service non-Apple products, from external hard drives to printers. We also offer support on a wide variety of software, some of which include but are not limited to: Mac OS, Apple Software, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe, Quark, Apple School Manager and Mosyle Mobile Device Management.
What should I do before I come in?
If your bringing in a Mac device:
We recommend that you back up your data on to an external hard drive before bringing your Apple device in for a service or repair. If you do not own an external hard drive we strongly advise that you purchase one to back up your important data. Follow the steps below to run a Time Machine back up, this will ensure you back up all data on your Mac.
- Plug in your external back up hard drive
- Click on the Apple logo at the top left corner of your screen > System Preferences > Time Machine back up
- Turn On
If your bringing in an iOS device:
We recommend that you back up your data using iCloud or back up on to a computer. You should then turn off the Find My iPhone setting (FMIP), Apple will require this if a replacement claim is processed. Follow these steps to turn off the FMIP setting:
- Go to Settings on your iOS device
- Click on your Apple account (at top of Settings options) > iCloud > Find My iPhone
- Lastly tap the green button to turn off
Every business has its own personal needs and requirements. Let us help you make those all important decisions. Whether it is a device for the office or on the go, software needed for one or all or simply syncing the staff calendar so everyone is in the loop. We will also install any software which you require. After the initial set up of all devices, a technician will give you a further 1 hour training session at a time that suits you. This training session is valid up to 6 months.
As you may be aware, the Apple iPad is steadily becoming a major tool for teaching and learning in the classroom. Recently Apple made an even bigger leap by introducing the Apple School Manager in response to feedback from teachers and educators all over the world. They were able to create a very special and user friendly means of teaching. For example, teachers have the ability to launch or lock out specific apps on student devices, while a feature called Screen View provides one-to-one monitoring by mirroring what’s on a student’s screen. If connected to a projector the teacher will also have the option to share a student's work with the classroom.
